Shipping: $7. Flat Rate Shipping in U.S.A. w/ complimentary shipping insurance which protects your order from loss, damage or theft while in transit to your destination.

*Domestic orders in the US that are $50. or more will activate a FREE shipping option during checkout.

Handling: Please allow 1 - 3 business days processing for your order. 1 - 5 business days when we are on tour at shows across the country.

Insurance: Complimentary shipping protection is supplied thru ROUTE.

*Shipping Upgrades: We may upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail as we see fit based on order weight, cost or shipping delay on our part.

Missing Items: If any items you ordered are not included in your package, please let us know ASAP. We will gladly ship any missing items from your order promptly.

International Shipping

We accept international orders to Canada only at this time, our handling time is the same as our domestic orders, 1-3 business days. This may be delayed by a couple of days due to holidays or trade show schedule.

International shipments take a minimum of seven business days to travel to your location once the carrier has received them.

Please keep in mind that all international orders will need to go through customs, which may delay your package delivery by a few days to several weeks. If your package has not arrived after several weeks of receiving a tracking confirmation from us, please contact your local customs authority as they may be holding your package and cannot reach you.

Customs Fees

Surreal Makeup is not responsible to cover / pay any extra fees that may be imposed by your local Customs Department in your country.

Packages returned by Customs due to non-payment will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

*Please Be Advised: We take photos of each order for our records and quality assurance right before they are placed in the package and sealed for shipment. (we're only human, and we sometimes make mistakes, this helps us help you when we forget to package an item in your order.)

Loose Eyeshadow: Our loose eyeshadow have no organic compounds and therefore do not have an expire date.

Packaged in 3 gram jars with three hole sealed sifter to help prevent fallout while in your makeup bag or purse. We recommend poking just one hole in the sifter seal, this not only helps regulate the flow of the fine mineral powder, but also prevents total loss of product in case the product is dropped while open.

For best results, apply with Surreal Makeup Primer, AwesomeSauce or Setting Spray for long wear and resistance to creasing or fading throughout the day.

Lipsticks & Glosses: Packaged in 5ml tubes with doe foot applicator for ease of application anywhere & anytime.

All lip products contain organic components and have an expire date of one year from time of purchase.

Carousel Collection: Packaged in 2.2ml containers with flat sponge applicator paddle and have a one year shelf life from purchase.

Liquid Colors: Packaged in 7ml round tubes with doe foot applicator and have a 1 year shelf life from purchase.

Mixing Mediums: Primer is packaged in 5gram recyclable PETG JAR and has an expiration of 1 year, Setting Spray and AwesomeSauce both have a 1 year expire date and Finishing Powder does not have an expire date due to it's inorganic components.

Boxed Sets: Packaged in 5 / 3 gram jars with sealed sifters. We again, recommend poking one hole in the sifter seal to regulate the fine mineral powder inside. They have no expiration.

Sample Pod Packs: Come packaged in sample buttons with enough product for up to 4 uses. We recommend placing them flat on a table before attempting to open them with the tab built into the jar.
