Q: Order processing time?
Once you place an order with us, we do our best to have your order packed and ready for the shipper within three business days. Please be aware that there may be delays due to our company attending shows in other parts of the country that may delay your order processing by a few days or so. We appreciate your understanding with this matter.
We offer optional shipping insurance to protect your purchase from Surreal Makeup. If your package is ever lost in the mail, damaged during shipment or stolen from your mailbox after it is delivered, you have the option to have your order reshipped or refunded through our third party provider. No questions or hassles. If you choose to decline this insurance during purchase, we will be unable to provide a refund or replacement.
Surreal Makeup receives a discount on shipping from our package carriers, we pass these savings on to you, our customer. You pay what we pay directly from the carrier. We do not add any unnecessary fees or charges to your order, your shipping cost is is calculated by package weight and your geographic location. Domestic orders in the US that are $35. or more are eligible for free shipping.
Q: Lost/Stolen package?
We are not responsible for Lost/Stolen packages. If your tracking confirmation shows "Delivered" please contact your local post office immediately and file a theft claim, providing them with the tracking number of your package! We do offer insurance as an optional add-on that you may purchase, which will fully protect you purchase from loss / theft / or damage, no questions asked. You can then either decide to have your order resent or refunded through our third party insurance provider.
Q: International Shipping?
We accept international orders, our processing time to carrier is the same as our domestic orders. International shipments take a minimum of seven business days to travel to your location once the carrier has received them. Please keep in mind that all international orders will need to go through customs, which may delay your package delivery by a few days to several weeks.
Q: Customs Fees?
International customers are fully responsible for any fees / taxes / tariffs imposed by your countries Customs Department. Delivery of product may be denied or cancelled if these fees are not paid. Surreal Makeup is not responsible to cover / pay any extra fees that may be imposed by your local Customs Department in your country.
